Kimbo will win, but when he gets to some of the real elite fighters, that will be interesting to see, how a street fighter stands up to some of the guys who have been training in this style of fighting for years.
LOL - Baroni's walk to the ring lasted longer than his fight. I just knew the way he was strutting around that he would be all show and no go!

I watched the same fight as you and Thompson took punches that wobbled him just as hard in the first round and came back. You could just tell that Kimbo was exhausted and even though those punches connected, he was throwing with his last gasp.
for sure.. what a b.s. show of mma.. not impressed at all.. there was more commercial time than actual event time.. and the actual fights were not that fun to watch.. its seems to me that the only talent they can produce is ufc castaway's.. not impressed..

That was a horrible call at the end, I thought Thompson was going to punch the ref for stopping the fight. Kimbo was done, what a joke. As many boos as the fights were getting, I see this EliteXC fighting going bankrupt unless they change their ways and actually let the best fighter win. Did I mention that it was a Joke??
I had to laugh at the announcer when he said "If I were Kimbo I would pinpoint the alien life form that use to be Thompson's ear"

I watched Elite XC once. There was a guy on there thats as big as me, all floppin around trying to fight. I really couldn't believe they would let some tubby guy get on there to promote their fight card. And Kimbo is just blah.
Kimbo was definately out of shape for that style of fighting, he was totally drained. Besides that was a pizz poor showing for a Ultimate Fighter type show.. I think if he gets in better shape he may be a force
