Kill Switch - All The Same?

Snapped the kill switch off my RMK this weekend. I'm not about to drop $55 for one from Polaris. I was looking on ebay and they all look identical back to the early 90's, will any one of those work? Any year range or newer I should be looking at? I'm assuming I need a 4 wire one? (my sled isn't with me right now to check)

I did see that, however:

Hum, I saw that Rooster Built Pro had one on. Wonder what they did to make it work.

the pro switch assembly only uses one safety switch instead of the two that the older sleds use..that one switch sends a specific signal at both open and closed position..and the ecm has to see those signals to run right...

Same as miller on my boosted 08 Dragon. FTX throttle block, kill, and no TSS or key. On my 12 Pro I just added a Pro Design tether and isolated the OEM kill switch so it is dead. Kept the key for now. I think a good tether is really important, and with one I see no need to be embarassed ever again by falling on the kill switch mid climb. Lol. EW
