kids riding Pants

Good morning humans.
I am in need of some advice. My 2 boys have started riding more aggressive and in turn their lower legs and feet are getting soaked in their current riding pants. Their current pants are from a top manufacturer but the gator design is flawed. This design lets snow come up the back of the pant and over the top of the gaiter and into the boot.
Any body have any suggestions?

My son just got into a set of MotorFist Grom bibs.
They are insulated and they fit well.
This was a good purchase for us.


FYI, they ran slightly small, so we ordered a large instead of a medium. The medium would have been good for this season, but we would have been buying new ones next year.

Gaiters on my kids' fxr pants, a few pairs now are decent,but they're always too big to stay tight around boots and they wear muck boots mostly so Nothing to hook into anyway.

Same with the new snowboard pants they both got this year.
Couple quick wraps of hockey shingaurd tape works for them and me too.
