It is time for some real straight talk. This country was built by private enterprise and the only way it will survive will be because of private enterprise. I am sorry but liberals, tree huggers,fudge packing politicians, smooth talking socialists and people who spend all their time digging up obscure facts just so they can point a finger did not have one damn thing to do with building this country but they can sure tear it down. Gaining political power is no damn reason to destroy this country.
Now to get to the millionaires. We are so damn lucky to have a system that allows people to profit and AND KEEP THE PROFITS of their hard work. When I was young I worked in the oil fields and around Bradford Pa. At that time Bradford probably had the highest per capita of millionaires of any where in the world. In my work I got to know 4 or 5 personally and to know of a whole lot more. I am here to tell you that millionaire is not an 8 to 5 job. Of all that bunch that I knew not one of them inherited any appreciable money. They all worked 80 to 100 hours a week and earned it the old fashioned way. In the 40 years since I was there I would estimate that only about 10 percent of their children have been able to hang on to any of it. not many chips off the old blocks come along in the second generation. Now millionaires are automaticly criminals and oppressors of the middle class. The ones I knew hired a hell of a lot of people including ME. Just keep taxing and kicking the poop out of them and EVERYBODY WILL BE POOR. Just my opinion. PS. The only thing Obama has done in his whole worthless life is spend other peoples money.

Unfortunetly, the politicians discovered back in the 70's that they could use a system called "Class Warfare" to gain points and get elected. The Dems are masters at it.

We have seesawed back and forth between liberals and conservatives for that same time period. Unfortunetly, I think it will take a full scale liberal assault to wake some people up. It may be too late by then, but that is what it may take.

I spent 3 hours talking to my neighbor and she is absolutely convinced Barrack Obama is going to save the country. I kept asking her "save the country from what?". She couldn't answer.

The Dems have created a dependancy in this country. A complete sub-class of american culture that is totally dependant on the government for everything. How many times have you heard Jessie Jackson tell the blacks that without him they won't be able to fight off the "evil government"? Guess who they claim the evil part is? Conservatives.

The Dems have done a REALLY good job of making the rich look like they are getting rich by destroying the working class of america, when in fact the working class of america NEEDS the rich to buy things, start companies and pay wages.

This next election could very well be the beginning of the end.
Call it doom and gloom, but I will be glad to tell you why and how.

Great posts both of you ! I could not agree more on both points ! I for one am ready to shut down my business and pick up my gun to stop this Bullsheet ! I have worked the same job in our family business for 20 years and neither my father or myself have much to show for it but pride and gray hair! Some day we will enjoy more of the fruits of our labor and we deserve it! If poeple like obama and lib idiots like him put there $$ and security on the line like we do I bet there opinions would change ! I could go on all day but I feel like time for talking about this has past!

Thats me, work many Hr's, Never worked less than 55 hrs a week. Not because I need to because I want to. Only 2 of the 10 people that work for me will work OT. As I've stated before, were pretty much past the point of no return. Between all the illegal immigration and this I'm going to give you more free hand outs, than my opponent mentality and take away from the people that have $$$ to do it, is complete bullsh!t! Anymore, all people want to do is sit around drink beer and smoke some crack! Went to my kids volleyball game last night and was amazed at the kind of parents I saw. When you see a 10yr old girl ask to take a picture of her dad, with her sisters cell phone and he throws up the middle finger at her and says "F@c# that" we have a problem! This family along with plenty of others there, was clearly on welfare! Anymore our society has become a big free for all, anything goes mentality. As long as people keep getting checks in the mail, for being complete losers, not having to put in an honest days work, we're going to continue having all these problems. How we ended up with these two Morons running for President is beyond me! I'd honestly rather vote for Kermet the frog, but I think the majority of us know Mc Cain is the lessor of the two evils..........

On the news (tv news no less), they are starting to question his 95% no tax statements.

He has stated that no-one making less than 250k will see a tax hike.
Then he stated that the rich should pay their fair share. He stated the rich making more than 200k a year.
Then biden says the rich making more than 150k a year.
Guess you can say only the rich will pay more when all you have to do is re-define rich as anything you want. Next they will say anyone makine 40k a year is rich.

oh, and gun sales are up over 60% across the nation.
People are arming for the coming civil "unrest".
