06 summit........attempting to take sway bar off...wth is up witht the design.......how do you get past the bends in the bar to pull it through or cant u do it
Tip the sled on it's side, spray some silicone spray on it and twist it out. On some you may need to remover that small plate riveted around the mounting hole and/or remove the skid plate depending on type.

I have a aftermarket belly pan on my 06. If it wasnt for that, I could have gotten it out in one piece. I cut mine. The best mod I have done besides adding 19" of track length. You will probably want to add the stiff skidoo springs to the front end after you take off the sway bar though.
Can you do this an an 05 I just got my rev it has fox floats in the front and it seems hard to tip over and i have been trying different air pressure but too soft is no good with the floats??
Sure, you can do it with any sled but you'll typically have to use stiffer springs which won't be a problem for you with the Floats. Add some more center shock pressure too to help with sidehilling.
