Kamas cafe

Anyone know the deal with the Kamas Cafe? Rock? We figured on getting breakfast there this morning, but it was closed up, looks empty.

Went down the street to the place across from the gas station and got a great breakfast, but I was surprised the Cafe was closed.

actually we went there... or met there, sunday and they didn't open until 9am. WTF? is what we said. It is poorly run for about the 10th time. We pray a real operator will take it over and do a better job. At least Gateway was opened for breakfast. I have to say, I had lunch at Gateway in Kamas yesterday and it rocked! AND Pascilla's Mexican joint in Kamas is a great stop after riding too. Breakfast seems to be a Kamas problem. always was...

Even if the cafe was open I wouldn't go there. Last time we went it took 45 minutes to get SOME of our food and we had to bring it to the table ourselves and it was ice cold. We were the only ones in there too.

Last 2 days we have had breakfast at the Gateway Grill and it has been fantastic. VERY fast service and Stephanie took great care of us. The food was terrific.

I was with Dan, it was a combination of rain, sleet and snow.

The Hub? wrong town. only 30 miles round trip outta the way. unless ya got to be in Heber, then, the Hub.

Kamas Cafe aka CD's was NOT open tonight? maybe they finally (again) ran it into the ground with bad food and service.
