Yes we have the tunnel gussets and they are finally on the web site.
You would need a couple of different shafts and spacers going from the full kit to the new rails. Also an anti stab if you don't have one now.

I have run both anodized and powder coated rails, they both shed snow well.
There has been a lot of debate on the strength of each, if powder coated with the right baking temp then I don't see any noticeable strength difference.
I have seen both bend under extreme conditions.
The machined look is mainly what we were after here, having the rails cut after the anodizing.
