Just ordered Cutlers stage 2!!!

Just ordered Cutlers stage 2 turbo kit today!!! The snow can't come soon enough.....WOO HOOOO!!!!! Braaaaapppppp!!!!!!

So in this kit there is a tortional secondary conversion. Pardon my ignorance but how does this work in the overall scope of the clutches. If I'm not mistaken this is adjustable as well and I am wondering, if this is the case, how does adjusting either way affect the sleds performance?

basically it allows the spring to have not only compression loading(bouncing it in and out), but also the springs have hooked ends so you can add a little extra or a little less pressure by twisting on them as well, helps with adjusting shift rates which is REALLY nice in large swings in snow conditions, from deep fluff to heavy sticky crap... and overall its just another nice thing to be able to change, and they are super easy to adjust.

Thanks Ski-dooin. Has anyone installed this kit? Any quirks or surprises you may have noticed while installing? I am good mechanicaly and am confident I shouldn't have any issues but any advice on stuff noticed durring installs would be helpful.

Its a very straight forward install. the torsional conversion uses the old style helix (king cat)which makes for a larger selection.. not that you will need it.. Dales clutching is dead nuts.. it will use only 3 rollers as well.

Hey what kind of fuel are you guys running out there at 7-8 PSI boost with this kit? I was thinking 100LL or 50/50 Chevron 94. We are riding around 6000 feet up here in BC. Any suggestions would help, thanks.

I ran 100LL and up to 10psi with my CPC stage 2 kit last year with no problems. I rode revy, golden, sicamous and valemount. If you need any help with the install, shoot me a PM.
