Just giving everyone a heads up :)

Hey All,
I wanted to let all my loyal and understanding customers and friends know that I am taking a couple weeks off starting Thursday the 23rd of December and returning January 3rd. I know this is the busy season but honestly with the holidays mixed in it's a bear getting parts out and in on time and i figured i could kill two birds with one stone. Take some MUCH needed time off and appease the husband I love all you guys and want to keep everybody happy but I need a VACATION!!!!

All my Simmons orders have been sent in for drop shipment so even though i will be gone the ski's will still ship so DONT WORRY!!! I will be taking regular parts orders up until MONDAY of next week only so i don't come back to a PILE of orders and have a nervous break down trying to get them all filled. I hope everybody understands I love everyone but please understand i need time off. This will be the first break I have taken since October of 1999.

If i don't talk to everyone ( I won't) have a Safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!

Well considering the BOSS freaked when he found out i was taking time off he's closing the store and doing a FULL inventory the last week of december.....it all be good no worries just don't break anything in Cook....

Thanks for all you do Michelle for the sleding industry. It is so nice to call someone up and tell them what you want and have them understand and send you the correct parts. I am so used to having to explain every little detail to the parts guy and he still gets it wrong. When you call Michelle and tell her what it is for she knows what you want before you even finish talking. Enjoy your time off.
