jetting

hey , i have an 01 800 , at the parking lot and up the trail run great , but at 1600 meters is bogs and i can only turn 6500 rpm , has twin pipes and cans , and thats ther only mods , any jetting recommedations??
these are mikuni round slides as well , looks like the main jet sais 700 on it , does that sound right??

Have had a few 'ales t-nite, and can not remember the conversion from meters to feet at the moment, but as the elevation in meters increases, you have to drop the main jet sizes, and a 700 main jet is not normal at any application.

SLP is usually pretty rich. On mine I would start at 390-400, think I was at 370/380 in the end.
