jets with slp single pipe

hey guys i just a put slp single pipe on my 2004 vertical escape 800 after haveing bent dented psi twins on when i had the twins i was running 360s now i put this single on i have tryed 380s,360and 350s .
380s was way to rich when i had the 350s in i made a little pull up the hill and then checked my plugs and they were brown and looked ok but it still seemed like it was not getting enought fuel but after trying the other 2 sizes the 350s ran the best dose this sound right ? should i try 340s?

Depends on elevation and temp. I ride 3-6K ft with a single on my '04 800. I run 420 main jets . It's a tad rich. My buddy has the same setup, he's 390 and on the lean side...

i ride at 6000-8000 feet

350-360 at the most, needle in the middle, fuel screws out 1.5, adjust for best off-idle response.
Were the EV springs changed when the twin pipes were done?? Alot of guys do this, go back to stock EV springs with the single.

^^^^^ What he said..

Mine has 02 needles so it needs richer mains but I was running 390's at 3-6000ft and still chocolate plugs. 4-5 sizes smaller for 03-05 needles thats right in line with winterbrew.

ev springs

i believe the stock ones have a pink stripe on them,if your not sure new ones are only a couple bucks

Running at 6 to 8000 feet and a warm 25-30 degrees, 390's w/ needle at the 2 slot were a touch lean for me. Going to try 400. Have the slp pipe, flow rites, air horn, and yellow ev springs. Seems to me each sled is different.
