Jackson Hole directions?

What is the fastest way to Jackson Hole from Idaho Falls area? I've always gone through Alpine with a trailer but this year all I have is the truck. Some say Teton Pass is faster but how are the road conditions?

I think your SAFEST way is through Alpine. Over Teton Pass is pretty risky with all the blowing and snow it's gotten in the last couple days.

from idaho falls there are two fastest routes WITH NO TRAILER. Just take your time over the pass, but its way faster than going through alpine. Myself i would do option 2 from idaho falls. Why no sleds this year? Dont want to ride tomorrow?

1:
Go north on highway 20 till just past rexburg, take the highway 33 east to driggs and follow it over teton pass into jackson.

2:
head east on highway 26 to swan valley, turn left onto highway 31 and head north into victor, turn right onto highway 33 and head over teton pass into jackson

Teton Pass if you are not towing a trailer, they are not legal over the pass untill April 1 IIRC.

Well hopefully your already there... cause all the fricken roads in idaho are closed... 40 mph winds are drifting the roads shut... IM PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!!!!!
