About the Y hat, well i have been going the the football games since i was 4 so its hard to make a switch even though I go to the U. I am not a bandwagon fan so even though the U did great this year and I have to give them credit for that I am still a BYU fan thru and thru.

Teach that boy to be tough - trust me, I come from a family of teachers, all elementary, and they all say that when they get a kid named Tucker, they can count on an "issue" pretty quick cuz some little azzhat is going to call him Tucker the ****er and then all he!! breaks loose. Personally, I like the name - remember that tuff azz running back/DB from Auburn, one of the last two way starters in college, All American, fifth or sixth in the Heisman, one of my all time favorite players. Tucker was one of the names we were considering if a boy (before you knew in advance) and then we were surprised with twin boy/girl. Tucker dropped off the list real quick. Kids are awesome no matter what.

Kids can be mean but if he takes after me that will not be a problem. I am
6'3" 270 pounds and when ever some one made fun of my name I just knocked them on their butts.

Its official, I am finally a dad!!!!!

He came at 7:57 am on March 11th weighing 9 lbs 11 ounces, and is 22 inches long. Big boy. He'll be ready for sledding anytime starting out this big.

The name is still up in the air though. She likes Cody Michael Thomsen and I like Tucker Jackson Thomsen. Any thoughts?

Yep this dad thing has been pretty fun so far. I know it was a freaking beautiful day today and could have been a good spring ride but i have not missed it at all today. That might change in a few years when he's being a turd but at least he will be a turd out on the snow with me.
