Island Park 19/20 conditions

We're snowed in currently. A good average for Black Bear is 90 to 100 inches, covers all the landmines Went up by jefferson Sunday, needs a couple more feet, but doable for sure

Riding was pretty good yesterday for me.
Did not see ONE SINGLE OTHER SLED all day long.
Was down low, 7,000ft or so, had 6-12" of fresh pretty much everywhere we were playing.
I am sure there was MORE up higher!!

NBow we sit tight and wait for the next major weather pattern to take shape and see if we can get another good dump

what is the forecast? accuweather is saying 2-3 through mon. if that's true I may load up and head out

weatherman = YADA YADA ? they haven't much been right yet this year, but hey "hope springs eternal" they're calling for some ridiculous #'s for the next few days... we'll see

truth.
Right now the FORECAST looks GREAT

Current weather watch statement sounds like snow will bury IP!

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 9 inches every 24 hours for three days, except 5 to 14 inches every 24 hours on ridge tops and passes possible for as many as three days. Winds will likely gust as high as 35 mph.

Problem is, the predictions for IP/WY are NOTORIOUSLY WRONG.
And almost always OVER predict what we actually get.
But
We are and will be getting MORE SNOW
And all new snow is good snow for us.!!!
Its snowing HARD right now!!!!!!!!!!!!
