Is this the year for Yamaha's to take flight

I watch my DZ 3 last night. Awesome video. Jared Sessions must walk like a cowboy to make room for the set he must pack around.

I have been wondering how long it would take before guys figured out that not only do the Yamaha's make awesome turbos, they are very well balanced and handle as good or better then the LW stuff. I saw Cody and Dustin from Outlaw hitting some jumps and taking some drops. Is this going to be the year we see some of these guys go big air on the heavier sleds?

Guys around here having been jumping/dropping turbo'd yammis since they hit the snow.

They just seem to bend and buckle alot quicker than lighter sleds, but that doesn't seem to stop them

seriously, the first company to put out a 500lb, 140+ hp 4 stroke, factory turbo charged sled is going to take a BIG bite out of the 2 stroke market.

Kertis broza took that pic , it is a sweet shot. Im riding a nytro this season , and cant wait lookin forward to some good pow ,drops and jumps. All riding no wrenching.

He might have had to fix something after that landing but I don't care what you're riding...........after launching like that something should break. And I don't know what else is going to get that much air off the top except a turbo Yamaha

wo, wo, wo guys.. chill out. The only reason i piped up is because i like to talk crap about sledding. I think it's one of the funnest parts of sledding with your buds. I know alford well and it was a poke. Not even very good really. I fully expect some belt gobblin scud jokes back in return. relax peeps it'll snow soon.
Anyone who rides a tricked out nytro is super stoked, and I'm sure robo shreds will have all the swenson tricks on his. It will obviously blow my stock garbage away. I'll probably be sitting there fiddling with my plastic clutch piece on my xp's clutch. (and getn the shot) while alford makes the yami do things you thought were impossible.

Prairie Dog: True dat... not many sleds could even make that hill... much less launch it. And most sleds break something on a flat landing like that.

Tim landed to flat in that picture, and I don't think he broke anything on his sled. He said his back hurt but that was about it.
