IS THIS THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK?

That sounds about exactly what I was thinking. I think PAR's stuff should run good, from what I've heard from others that have had it his stuff usually runs like he claims.
I run similar Carls setups and they are pull and go like Brad says his is. Very hard to go wrong, lots of power, fast, reliable, no issues. Just the way I like to ride.
For all the people that complain about power, do the porting,pipe,pc5,head combo from Carls, PAR, SLP and I dont think in any case you can go wrong. which one is stronger? That would be a fun day to go run them all side by side in the trees, and a climb and the flats.

Also, riding a turboed sled takes some getting used to. It's a different kind of riding. Personally, I would look at head, porting, etc to increase power but still retain stock bottom end feel.

Thanks all for the replies and PM's. I am actually more confused than I was before - LOL! Still haven't hooked up with Boston yet, a bit of phone tag, but I certainly appreciate the time and patience with Brad(PAR), Chris(Carl's) and all the others. There seems to be some really good stuff out there according to the replies and PM's, now need to decide on which way to go and then which "package" to go with. Finances will play a significant role in the decision as well. From what I have learned, there are basically two categories.

First, leave naturally aspirated and do engine mods(all would include clutching)
1. PAR kit
2. Carl's kit
3. SLP Stage 3
4. Northstar Performance kit
5. RK TEK

Most suggest adding porting along with the pipe, head, PC5, etc

Second, BOOST
1. Silber
2. Boondockers
3. HM

Probably can only consider Silber as that would be the max (stretching a bit) money that I can afford, not sure that I could get to it, but possible.

Will still do more research, conversations, etc., maybe wait until after the SLC Snow show to make a decision. Any further info, thoughts, advice, etc is always appreciated and thanks for not turning any of this into a public "bash" fest that occur in some other threads.

This here answers your question..if you are broke after purchase of turbo kit then your only choice is to keep it normally aspirated

Yeah really good point. HAHA

It's like the guy who goes full mod and complains about the price of race gas.
