Is there a cross country race series in the west?

I'm from Michigan and I've always wanted to try cross country racing. Now I live in Houston and the southern rockies are closer than MI now. I did some checking but the only Xcountry series I could find is the USCC which has races in ND, MN and the UP of MI.

Is there a similar series that has races in norther NM or CO?
