Is the tunnel dump hard on the track?

I had the new style camo extreme 2.5" on my sled and the paddles were coming apart right were the tunnel dump is all the way around the track. Another guy with the same impulse setup is doing the same thing. I haven't noticed it happen with the older 2.5" style tracks or my 3" yet, but the softer, newer tracks seem to be coming apart. Is it coincidence?

I worry more about the heat on the drivers more than the paddles. I don't let it sit and idle any more than necessary.

Ken......

are you sure its a heat issue or is it a clearance issue???

Ive seen people who run extroverts and a sloppy loose track, which bounces up and down across the top of the skid actually hitting the pipe causing the damage.

The tunnel dump pipe has to be just bareley hanging down past the inside top of the tunnel.

Its more a turbo prob, gets big back.preassure in deep snow. Really not a good option

I run my tracks pretty tight, and I don't think its hitting the downpipe. Maybe it's time for a side pipe. My riding buddies will hate me, and so will my klim pants.
