Is the gate closed at Nobletts?

I know the road is posted as closed, but is the gate now closed at Nobletts too? I'm assuming it is, and riding is starting from the parking lot. Anyone confirm this. Thanks...

As of today people were still driving up the road. Everyone was unloading from the parking lot though.
