Just recently heard that SML is coming up for foreclosure auction rather soon from a reliable source. Also heard the note pay off is right around $680,000. Could be interesting for some one if you can remedy the FS issues.

Or for less than half that price ($299,000) you can get the Canyon Inn in Salt Creek Canyon (South Pass, near Star Valley Wy Highway 89)
Bar, Restaurant, and Motel with living quarters and a two bed/bath rental house on 4.2 acres. Ultimate Hunting, Fishing, Atv, and Snowmobile Country.

I talked with someone at headricks in Mississsippi, They told me that the they are the previous owner and are taking it back from the guy who has it now. Hopefully next year it will be up and operating. If interested you can call headricks for details. 601-649-1977 I think the guy I talked with is named steve. Hope this helps

Just because $680,000 is owed you might be able to buy for $275,000 ,balance in this economy means nothing!!! Lots of foreclosures (especially high end ones are going for half, thirds, or a fourth) Real estate is in the tube. The commercial market is coming real soon and it will be a bigger bust than residential. Stay tuned to business section of papers and save yourself 100,000's of thousands.
