Is my 900 going to have engine problems?

I think mines getting a Raw seat conversion this summer along with the 09 front end. I'm always keeping my eye open for a used Boss to buy, but no luck so far.

Maybe someday the aftermarket will have a 900 blow out sale and we all be set. There has to be a wherehouse full of parts for the 900's somewhere...
I keep hoping and .....they stop making

so how often do you need to adjust the clutches? what do I need to do it?

Ive got 7200 miles on mine ,same crank and cases ,the top end has been rebuilt a couple of times. due to the intake boots. and gettin too hot. should not get to hot any more Ive added coolers under the tunnel and floor boards.just make sure you check your primary clutch to make sure it stays tight.if they come lose it will brake the crank off.

Heres one for the books, I bought an 06 900 last year with vent kit, 159" track, very clean sled, only had 960 miles on it. I have had zero probs with it this season, (except for the tree that jumped out in front of me last week) The sled rips and climbs more places than I care to go! And I only paid $3,000 for it!!!

Sounds about right... I paid $3,100 (+ tax) for my 05 166 and it was/is in imaculate condition... I did throw a bunch of lightweight goodies on it tho, but still

These sleds are cheap cause people are afraid to take a chance on em...

AMEN BROTHER...them damn trees...i can vouche for them anyday i ride..lol..

if you ever need anything on your sled man..(help or whatnot) let me know...i used to live in layton, and the wife is from there..so we go there quite a bit..

I'll keep that offer in mind. The 900 page is awesome! Bunch of great people on here. Polaris otta be ashamed for their lack of support on the 900. The 900 would die without people like you and others willing to share their knowledge and friendship on this site! Thanks again all.
Last ride out I climbed whiskey hill in Monte Cristo like it was a mole hill. There were dragons and xp's that could not get up it the polaris dudes were going nuts, especially after I told them what it was and how much I paid for it!
