is it worth the time to replace 2010 skid with a 2011

just installed full kmod on my 2011 sno pro, have a 2010 hcr as back up sled. is it worth the time to to install my 2011 skid onto my 2010 hcr?
I read the newer suspension is better, but how much?

Shock calibration was a little better but both skids would need the shocks rebuilt by now anyway.

Skid designs are the same. 2011 shocks are suppose to have better valving. You might try swapping shocks, but like diggerdown said, if you have very many miles you would be better off just sending the shocks to GSR for a rebuild and custom revalve.
