Is It Time to Go Back To Yamaha - Nytro

I don't care who you are,any sled stuck and full of snow they are all heavy! Now a stocker gets stuck and a boosted sled get stuck,They all get STUCK!!!!!!!!!!!That's Sledding,if your not getting stuck your being a panzee and watching everyone else ride.Who cares which machine your on when you get stuck,That's what riding buddies a for.I'll help you you help me!!!!!I'm just sorry you'll have to park halfway up the hill and walk the rest of the way up to me!!! OH and BOOSTED sled don't get stuck to often either,So the added weight really isn't an issue!!!UP AND OVER WE GO!!!!ha ha You look so small way down there, why don't you come on up!!! What do you mean you can't make it.Are you STUCK!!!!:D:D:D:D:D

I can feel the weight of the sled when digging it out and initially getting on top of the snow. With one or two people pulling it out its noticably, with three the extra weight is negligible. I have a Polaris 800 mod that's 80 lbs less and 50 hp more and that hasn't changed that its 8/1 days in favor of the Nytro. The sled is incredibly fun to drive.

To answer your question on being tired at the end of the day, the Nytro is as easy to ride as any sled ever made. The chassis makes sidehilling and boondocking very easy.

I have a boosted rx-1 and it has to do with the balance.
I think I could move a tundra alot easier than the front of this pig. Grab the rear bumper though and I think I could flip it forward out of a hole easier than lifting the front.
This thing needs IRL air pistons with hidden plates. Yes it is heavy. But yes it will stand on the flap all the way up the hill.:D

How much oil does it have to leak before it burns? It has to be a lot, as my friends Nyto was upside down enough in 1 week to need almost a qt of oil. And the worst sled I have found to date for feeling heavy is the sdi1000 renegade. It is also the first sled I had a hard time moving across a parking lot by picking up the rear bumper and pushing.

turbo $5995 plus tax plus $2000 install= $8000 plus tax it better be able beat a stocker!

So... i have a $4795 supercharger kit. 10PSI of boost. Paid 500 for the install.

Your eyes are glazed over with XP love. open them and see that your figures are stupid. I think you have more posts in the yamaha forum than you do in the doo forum.

I ride a doo now but my next sled will be a Nytro. A little more weight BUT I'll know it will run all day every day and get me back to the truck.

Gees all that and on the same belt for a couple of years ta boot!!!!

The nytro DEF needs a decent track to compete I don't think it would be as far behind on the hills with a track

I wondered 'bout that. First, I haven't seen a TURBO kit that cheap. Second, the install sheet for the MPI SC says 4 hours - I think somebody's dealer doesn't like them (and they may also have YamiEnvy)!

The four hours is a lie for a first time install. I did my RX-1mtn install myself and it took 18hrs (including clutching, wiring for gauges and actual SC kit install). The second one I did was alot quicker but still not 4 hrs. However anybody that can do a 2-stroke top end can easily install their own SC kit.

Last i looked, the boondocker turbo kit was 3995. Probably more expensive now but still probably less than 5k.

I had www.haboost.com do the install for my blower 500 was a flat rate. Not by the hour

Spend that on your XP (if it's still running, or you still have belts for it) and you still won't come close... :p

oh boy is that the best you can do? for all you brp haters out there, just to let you know BRP IS WARRANTING ALL BELTS!! no charge to the customer, so if we get free belts all year, thats a bonus for us! and as for all the so called problems with the xp, there not that big a deal! they will be fixed. theres no different then all the nytro problems( shocks breaking, to soft rear suspension, crappy handwarmers, useless track) oh should i go on? ya i ride with 2 of them! ya love making a trail for them to ride in! lol

Tried to herd one of these freakers around for while yesterday in 5 to 7 feet of bottomless fluff. Never been so happy to get back my RMK in my life. A submarine with outriggers.
