Is everybody packing while sledding in Washington?

I've got no issues with folks carrying guns when sledding, but I gotta ask why? Afraid of bears or something?

Is a "Ninga" a black ninja? Definitely need your SBR AR15 with a bump trigger in case you run into one of those in the mtns. I thought ningas were primarily found in the mountainous regions of Tibet though?

What I carry on myself or my sled is my own damn business. As long as I am not hurting/harming anyone else.

I always carry. Always. Just like the guy with the drunk Indian story shows you never know what day your gun fight is going to be. I am not concerned about animals in the snow. Pretty tough environment for an predator. It's the drive up and back and the snowpark for the most part. Couple things to think about. No alcohol or drugs. Be sure of your backstop. A wall of trees is NOT a backstop. Be sure of your firing line, establish that the first thing. No one shoots in front of or farther behind the line. Toe the line, lol. We shoot with silencers a lot so a lot of days no one even knows but we usually try and get away from others so the noise doesn't bother many people. PACK OUT THE TARGETS. The dump site areas always get closed down.
