Who els makes light weight highrize seats for snowmachines? Is boss the only one available. If so has any body ever had a seat made? How did it turn out? Im thinking about having a custom seat made by an upolstry shop..your thoughts

I have a custom made one for sale in the swap meet, It seems good but I never had a chance to put it on so it is new. It's for an m-series sled. Selling it for what it cost me which is 1/3rd of a boss seat.

Skinz, Mountain Mod and R & M and the only other ones I know of.
I will never buy another Boss again that's for sure.
I don't care if they make a select number seat that's the greatest thing since sliced bread, I won't bother cause if it needs service I'll never see it again.

That Axcess seat is the way I would go! Flip up top and a ton of storage under the seat! Gets all the spare fuel weight farther forward.

Try R&M Lightning Products in Salt Lake City, They make a great product. I had one custom made for me last season. The quality of the product is is top notch. I' m pretty tall and I ask them to add another 1-1/2 inches of foam material to their already 2 inches higher seat. I put it on my 04 RMK. Totally different feel riding the sled now. My knees are not up in my face. I would buy another from them. Great people to work with.
