Hey guys I was wondering if anyone is running iridium plugs in their pa heads and having no issues. I picked up a 13.1 head and have a brand new iridium plugs and also a reg. ngk plugs just wondering which should I use

Why is it with turbos they want these plugs gapped to .018-.020? I'm going to run these iridium plugs in a stock sled, should I gap them to .022 or ???

Carl's is gapping them to 0.022 yet stock says 0.027. There were some stator issues with the 2011's so not sure if that's why they recommend that or not but it has worked for me!

Have FUN!

BPR9eix....the projected tip, leave the gap alone

the only reason to close the gap in high boost turbos is so the spark wont blow out, ie its easier to fire the plug with smaller gap....

The BR9eix is a retracted tip plug that is used in some motors, I used them in some mod sleds to help with detonation in very high compression motors (15+ to 1)
