Thinking of selling my sled. I'm having back issues and cant get out and ride
sled started out as a race sled used by a female novice rider. when i got the sled it looked like it had a handful of trail rides; it was MINT.
i bought a BRAND NEW 800 CFI motor from Carl's Cycle Sales. All of the supporting items are OEM Polaris and purchased NEW:
Full Dragon Chassis wiring harness
All electronics
Primary Clutch
The turbo is a garrett 2860 RS with .86 hotside. turbo kit made using aeromotive FPR and Attitude Ind EFI box. Hallman MBC with ceramic ball.
Front end is HOLZ RMK a-arms and spindles. SLP SLT or PP skis (you pick).
Rear End is HOLZ with zero pros. Dragon 155 rails and track. it is the track from the 08+; not the crappy 07 155.
Trail Tank 10 gallon tank utilizing OEM Polaris fuel pick-ups with an external pump. Has RSI risers/bar/hand guards
KOSO EGT and Wide Band guages.
As I'm sure you can tell i have A LOT of money and time into this sled. I built my dream sled then decided to go back for my masters so i only have about 10 rides on this thing. After i figured out the Attitude box it was unstoppable. the video link is before i had the box figured out so it that is why it doesnt sound as clean as it should. All of the wiring harness is dialed in (ie iqr Tach, handwarmers, hi-low beam, kill switch work). For the first ride out i heat cycled the motor and broke it in properly. It has a cold air intake which is pretty neat for a turbo (most are hot air intake=lame). It of course has Feethooker traction boards. For reference my buddies 910 with a 166 can't even track poach this thing at times...it is a runner!
