I am needing some suggestions on the clutching for this sled I am building. IQR chassis, mountain converted with 600HO motor with full SLP pipe/Can, 7 tooth drivers and a Maverick 153 track. Gearing will either be 19/39 or 19/41. Riding elevation is would rarely be below 6000'. Right now what I have is:

Primary with black spring with red
Also have an almond spring
10-60 weights
Secondary clutch has black spring.
2 helix's
1 is 58-42-46
Other is 64-42-36.

Does any of what I have sound like it will work well with my setup? which of the 2 helix's would be the better to run? what about primary spring? Seconday Spring? Weights? Any help on this would be very appreciated.. :)

On the TEAM I would look at running a red/black spring and a 58/40/46...58/38.46. This will make it alot snappier, stronger backshift for the bigger track, will make less heat than the steeper helix's. If you want more aggressive upshift, do that with the primary with less primary spring. JMO-
