Does anyone know on here if I can changout the IQ rear skid and install a Pro RMK Skid??
I have all the coil over shocks- and can it directly bolt in without changing drop brackets and all the garb.
This is on a 2010 Dragon 155...
Just wanting something different for my lady to ride this year.
I still have the 155 IQ skid- but sold the WE air shocks.

Thanks for any help

I have a 2008 dragon with the 2012 pro rear skid under it. Yeah it bolts right in the same holes and you do need the metric bolt.

I have been getting mixed replies I went ahead and ordered a skid...
Did you have any issues stuffing it in the Dragon at all?

Ok- A followup- to all intrested- in this suspension swap.

First a big Thanks for those that have done this and supported this thread.:first:

The 2011 to 2014 skid WILL FIT easily into the IQ tunnel.
You do have to enlarge the tunnel bolt holes to accomodate the larger bolt size of the front and rear arms on the Pro skid-
The front shocks off the 2011 and 2012 fit perfectly- the 2013's are a tad shorter but can work.. dunno on the 2014 yet

For all P/M's that said no it won't fit :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb: glad you don't wrench much- it is obvious you shouldn't.
( some advice were even from DEALERS)

Questions-
P/M me

As stated above have ran it for 2 years with 12 pro rear and 12 front which is the same as the 09-10 dragon with 12 spindles. as close to a pro with out buying one. climbs on the snow about the same.

Seems like a very cost effective way to get a decent ride. Dragons are cheap these days. With a few upgrades like this a person could get out riding for a very reasonable cost.

Does anyone know if I could bolt the pro RMK tunnel to a 2010 dragon bulk head? I hit a boulder last night and damaged the tunnel, jackshaft, and suspension. I found a pro RMK tunnel and suspension kit for cheaper than the original parts and wondering if it would be worth it.

Just finished doing this mod with a '14 skid tonight... Was not too difficult, but I did have to use a rachet strap to get the front mounting holes to line up. Has anyone else has these issues? I installed with the shocks in and it looked like it just needed to collapse some to make it fit.

I have the 2008 Shift 155 and as I understand the rear suspension from the 2012 Pro should swap right in and only require drilling the mounting holes out to 10mm and getting correct metric suspension bolts. The question I have is will the spindles from a 2012 Pro fit into my 2008 IQ Shift 155 since the part numbers for the arms differ from RMK to the Dragon
