Hi guys, just seeing if anyone else has experienced this and did you find a fix to the problem? 23 skidoo Edge 850 with E start. Sometimes while riding I go to start the snowmobile and all I get is a click from the starter solenoid and the dash lights up. Sometimes after pressing the start button 5-15 times the starter will get power and fire up no problem. I replaced the relay and still have the intermittent issue. I checked every connection and they are all tight and clean. Removed the starter and tested 30 times out of the sled and it worked perfect. It’s seems to maybe be heat related? I removed and checked the cable between the relay and starter and there was nothing wrong with it. The battery tested good as well. Any ideas? I see a few guys are experiencing the same thing but haven’t seen a solution.
