Intake Boots 05 Summit X 800 HO

I have a "New to me" 05 Summit X 800 HO. I noticed the carb intake boots are "delaminating". Is this common as I've NEVER seen this before on other sleds I've owned. Been out of sleeding since 06, did Ski-Doo have a Vendor problem???

It is a common problem. Most people put it on their yearly checklist just to make sure they dont crack all the way through.

Some guys use aftermarket reeds like V force 3 and if they crack then you only need to buy the boots.
