Installing FBF cable?

Is there a way to get the oil pump set on the bench with this cable? I have the throttle bodies installed and the cable all hooked up with a little bit of pull figured in for idle and both of the adjusters are all the way out a I still don't have enough to get the lines set on the oil pump, I'm sure not having the throttle block hooked up is screwing me up but I didn't get any directions and I know there was a DVD floating around somewhere with instructions. I'd rather not have to set the oil pump once I get the engine installed.

Im not sure if there is a way to do it. I had to get mine adjusted after i got the engine in. Its a P.I.T.A. but you can do it.

Make sure you have loosen the inline adjuster all the way in during the initial install then you will have to adjust in sequence and verify the oil pump adjustment lines.
