Installed a skinz bumper on my sled, super easy to do. I left the aluminum plate off and pop riveted the cables to the bumper as well as the heat shield. I also heat gunned the filler pieces and then pressed down on the lower part to contour it to the belly pan a bit, worked well and they dont stick out as much.

didnt hit any trees prior to install but i lifted the front by the stock bumper and it snapped two screw bosses off the belly pan that the bumper mounted to so it moved quite a bit after that.

Thanks! I have been meaning to get one of these. I broke 1 of my tabs off and I have heard that this bumper doesn't require them and allows you to mount in other locations.

The bumper is cheaper than new plastic (which will break again!)

Ya these are very sturdy compared to the oem. Easy to install great customer service and I also did the same with heating the tabs and bending them with the body line something i think skinz should think about.
