Since the transfer inhancement kit just replaces the transfer rods. All transfer rods are all the same width so you do infact have the right spacer. If you maybe putting the stock parts in the wrong order causing the problem. Look at steps 5,6,7 in the instructions it tell's you how to re-install them. I am sorry for the inconvience in the instructions it does not show hot to re-install the stock componets just our componets. If you need more assistance please call us here at MPI 9-5 MST 1-888-649-4609, Thanks Skyler

thanks for the reply i just needed to take a break and it was easy:o:beer;

You will love the way your sled handles now!!! It will take a little time though to get your shocks dialed in to where you like the ride. Remember, the front and back are no longer couple together and your spring tension on your shocks are going to need to be set up way different than they are now. That and a poo series IV 151 under my ex'x mmax was the best mod's I ever did to that sled.

by adding this kit you are saying i will now need to adjust my rear shock ? why , does the extra play cause more tension on the spring or will it make it soft . also it seems so weird that the straps have so much play in them or am i crazy . going riding tomorrow dont want any un expected problems . :beer;
thank for your guys advice

oyeah skler@mpi maybe on the instructions you should do a simple exploded diagram to help the install even in the klymer book its hard to see the proper placement of the bogie spacers it will help so much even if you dont have a clue mabey torque specs for the new hardware thanks again :light:
