Inmate want to go home to die

Looks to me like he still has 27 years left on his sentence. Leave him there.

Last year our fine (sarcasm) BPD chased a guy through town, cornered him in an apartment complex and shot him 21 times at point blank range. He was armed with a soldering gun and lived. After spending the better part of the summer in the hospital his bill was nearing $1,000,000. Odly enough, he now faces no charges. The justice system in this country needs a through douching.

I think we should have shot him on the way out of the courthouse the day of his conviction! the justice system in this country is the only thing thats a bigger waste of money than the bailout !

A convicted murderer? Someonoe who took someone else's life in cold blood? Took that person's life when they were all alone? and now he wants compassion? He wants leniency? Mercy? Sorry ya douche bag you are exacly where you belong. I will feel sorry for him but there is no way he should be let out. He should die frightened, cold and completely alone, just the way his victim did.

Exactly

Sounds like the victim never had a chioce were he died.

Thats whats wrong with society. He has mooched off us long enough. They should have beat him to death once convicted..

The wife of the murder victim consents to him going home, and it will save the state money with reduced medical costs. I say let him go and save taxpayers money.

Gotta love common sense. Spook I hope you get elected as the next Gov.

The state of washington has at least three prisons that have hospitals in them, I bet the money saved by letting this guy go home to die would only be a drop in the bucket. Even if he gets out this dirtbag has been a ward of the state since 1989 and what insurance company is going to accept him with those pre-existing conditions. So the state is going to pay anyways. At least in prison the costs will be kept down and we won't be paying high private hospital costs.

Let him finish out his sentence.

I could care less one way or the other, but doesn't Christianity teach you not to murder and also teach forgiveness?

Yes it does. Just a question but what does that have to do with this? We can forgive the sinner, doesn't mean he shouldn't have to pay for his sins. He murdered someone. The price he will pay in the next life will far outweigh any he will pay here. By your narrowminded interpretation of Christianity all criminals should be let out of prison. You are living in a country founded on Christian fundamentals.

"Rowley would like to spend his final days surrounded by family members."

OK....so did he let the newspaper carrier be surrounded by his family members when he died as well????? Life isn't fair...but justice is the majority of the time....let him stay in prison.
