Injectors Not Firing

Went on first ride and sled idled ruff and then would die. I started riding and it ran good but would still die when idling. I stopped and shut it off and it would not start after that. I checked the plugs and they are dry and the fuel pumps are both running. Sled is Boondocker gt28 kit and boondocker controller I tried another controller and it still won't run.


TPS 17-96

can hear injectors firing when testing it's hard to see in the throttle body so don't know if fuel was spraying. (no flash light tonight either)

has spark when running in test mode

no spark when cranking over

I do have a synergy ignition box on it if that matters

fuel pressure is 43 lbs just as Boondocker recomends

There's your problem!!! You need to run a Pure Logic Box!!! It works miracles.

found low voltage and am working on that should have it running tonight!

Fixed! Bad Tether Caused Low Voltage To Ignition Box. Thanks Mitch From Synergy And Dave From Boondockers I Would Not Have Found This Without You Guys Thanks Great Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

I was going to suggest a bad ground. A buddy had a similar problem with his car and it just ended up being a couple grounds weren't good enough. Electrical gremlins are the worst.

Is that the same box that leaves the front mount guys stranded all over ?
