Few week's ago I had my injectors changed on my Assault 800 2012 cause it was running on 1 cyl... Since that when I'm holding a constant throtle at higher RPM 7500 or WOT the motor is dying and then come back once in a while... I'm always using premium gaz, isopropyl, and I'm running 8200RPM max. My exhaust valves are clean with no leaks.. My sled has 800 milles...

Any imputs?

I think Assault11 is on to something. I think to us it sounds like you are now hitting the rev limiter. It can hit quicker than the tach can register. Also, don't put that Iso crap in your tank. I have heard bad things happen with that in your tank. Not designed for sleds....at least not the newer ones.

Check your plugs and your caps while you have hood open. I like SLP/MSD plug wires and BR9EIX plugs. If you are still missing, have your dealer hook it up to the digital wrench.

Good luck.

I'm coming back from the dealer,
They didn't found anything, no code in the computer but they were able to duplicate the problem. The TPS setting was within spec, compression OK and I'm not overreving since on constant RPM at 7500 let's says it does it...They told me to use it as is for now to try to get some code in the computer or other indication that could help pin point something...:face-icon-small-con

Throw a few grams on there like they suggested. I just went through these same symptoms on my '11 and my motor came apart. Complete throw away motor. I just ordered a new one, which sucked...these motors cannot take over revving, it makes them come apart catastrophically! I had a bearing spun completely loose of the crank, broken piston, broken cylinder, both cases broke, etc!!

Clutching is VERY important on these sleds.

I have to disagree with you on iso. I put a couple ounces of iso in my '06 900 RMK every other tank for 4000 miles with no issues and have done the same with my '12 Pro. It is methyl hydrate that is a big no-no in two strokes. I buy my isopropyl from Walmart pharmacy. Just make sure it's 99%, not the 70%. There is always a chance of getting moisture in fuel and if that happens with an injected engine, good luck getting the water out of the system if you're not using a little iso.

Sent from my iPad when I should be sledding.
