In short: Saw it last night, and thought it was a real good movie.

Now if you have not seen the film and wish to see it please stop reading now, or do not make comments about ruining it for you.

I am a history buff. One of my favorite times in history to read and watch tv programs about is WWII. I realize this movie is a fiction movie. But, if I knew absolutely nothing of the history of WWII(and I am sure many people who see this movie wont) and watch this movie, it is only natural to assume that it is based on truth. Hitler and the rest of his people did not die like this. I do not know why this bothers me, but for some reason it does.

On the fact that this was a fictional movie, I must say that I did like it alot. Had no idea what I was going to, was just told by friends that I was going to see it.

What are the feelings of some other people?

Ya there were some chapters that dragged....but I loved the movie! Yes Hawk, Hitler definitely did not die this way....the coward killed himself. I would have loved to shot him in the face like Bear Jew did in the movie! I normally don't like Brad Pitt, but he did a kick a$$ job in this one....definitely played a good true blooded American Southerner! There was some damn good comedy in this one too! I loved when the LT (Pitt) was speaking Italian at the cinema. I was peeing my pants! I loved it when he was interrogating the German in the scene right before Bear Jew comes out and clubs the German....again pissing my pants....funny! Good flick! Definitely a must own! The eye candy in this one was definitely the German actress...yum!

just saw it tonight, i though it was ok but dragged out a lot. Pitt speaking italian in the cinema was funny tho! I thoght there would be more nazi killing scenes like when the bear jew beat the chit out of the guy with the bat, but oh well.
