Inconsistent misfire Polaris rmk pro 800

Hello I have a 2011 Polaris RMK pro 800 with a high compression head and a fuel tuner. I’m getting a misfire on one cylinder sometimes it will clear out and I can ride all day other times it won’t correct itself. This motor has 60 miles on a fresh rebuild I’ve changed plugs tried different plugs. I’ve turned the oil pump down a full turn and a half still seems to misfire. Tested both coils and noticed one was slightly dimmer than the other I am considering replacing both coils soon and maybe a compression test. Was curious if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks

Melted stator plug? Bad grounds up by front bumper? Try it with a .018 gap on plugs
I’ve had 3 Pros; the stator plug has melted on 2 of 3. I just replace them with a 4 wire trailer plug and use the heat shrink solder tubes and they’re good to go!!

My current 2013 Pro that I bought was on its second rebuild; I asked the guy if the fuel filter was changed and he didn’t know. The sled actually sounded muffled when he fired it up.. He dropped the price quite a bit so I reluctantly bought it.. I brought it home and pulled the fuel filer and I could barely blow through it..
I change my fuel filter every year, so I had a good fuel filter sitting on the shelf; I changed it out and the fired it up and the sled sound like it should!! Never had an issue with the engine since!!
The guy actually messaged me the other day and wants to buy it back!!
Gonna cost him a lot more than what he sold it for!!

Here is more food for thought on your fuel filter..

My brother in law has a 2007 Honda 680 Rincon that was bone stock. And he installed a pipe, cam and fuel controller back in the day.
It ran good after the installs but then after a while ran like crap and would always stall when switching from forward to reverse and vice versa..
You could adjust the fuel filer all you wanted to and it would make no difference. He finally got fed up and had the shop put the bike back to stock and it still ran like crap.
The shop could not figure it out so my brother in law searched the net and stumbled up on the fuel filter might be the issue.. He changed the fuel filter himself and the bike never missed a beat after!!
Quads vs sleds but the principle is still the same!!
