impulse turbo customer service!!

HI PAUL,just a heads up on my riding yesterday, my sled ran like a champ.....finaly!
idling at 13.7 to 14.3, cruising around 14.2 and wot 12.0 to 12.5 and on a long pull wot stabilized (800 feet)around 11.5.
it is my first no trouble ride since i bought the sled and WOW!!! I LIKED IT A LOT!. less lag than my powderlight kit(very noticeable)
yesterday was -5 celsius and no sputtering at all!!!
i notice i have a leak on the rear fuel pump cover, when i fill up , it is leaking by the top cover(fuel pump)....probably the rubber gasket out of its place....no big deal
i didn't record any run with the prologger but i saw a few times 10.5lbs boost!(i'm set up at 10 lbs in the output 2).

again Paul, just wanted to let you know how much i appreciated your customer service. i know being in the retail business my self, can be very tricky some time to deal with customer like me! far away with multiple problems at the same time, writing(email),calling back several times..............you handled the situation like a champ!!! thanks again for the support and i wish not talking to you soon!!!!!will mean no problems!!!!

DIITO - we just got the big fellas Impulse Apex out for it's maiden voyage and it seems that Paul and Matt (Powerhouse) have this set up spot on. Could not find the top end, my nutz shriveled up first. Amazing throttle response and didn't notice a hiccup all day. I told the big fella that I didn't have enough seat time on it and would have to do more "testing" . I don't think that he believed me Great job Paul and Matt and the rest of the boys at Powerhouse.

I am just going to order an apex turbo kit from powderlites please fill me in on your findings with the powderlites nytro kit as i am still sitting on the fence

Paul is the man for customer service. Always available and always takes the time to make sure you understand stuff. My T-Nytro runs like a champ, no lag. 20 pounds of boost is fun, can't wait to try 25.

Might be hard to get a lot of reviews on a thread about impulse. Do a search and I think you may find some good reviews on Powderlites. In saying that, I did a lot of research and am completely happy with the Impulse kit. Not only is it well thought out and very well designed/manufactured, but the customer service is above and beyond anything that I have experienced. That alone is worth it's "weight in gold".

Not sure that you will find very many guys who have a lot of seat time on a current ('09) setup Apex for both kits. More than likely just gather info from current users of each kit and then make a decision. I can tell you a lot about Impulse, couldn't tell you a thing about riding a BD Apex, although I have heard good things.
