Yea the gauge seems to read full most all day. But with the tank angled forward its always the fullest so once the bars get low it really means it's time to head back.
What changes did you make to suspension? I'm curious to see what changed and how it made a difference.
I moved the mounting hole in the drop brackets up 1 3/4". This dropped the rear bumper from over 36" off the ground down to 31". Stock is 30 1/2". It holds the skis down great, but doesn't feel nose heavy. It felt really nose heavy when I first got it. All the weight was on the skis. I did have to cut out some of the angle piece on the drop brackets to get the bolt in.
on mine I cut the rod down a bit, not sure how much, to shorten the travel of the float, it took me about 4 or 5 times I think but my gauge works 100% perfect with the impulse tank as far as fuel level goes on the gauge!
during install the sensor has to bent to correct the mounting angle and track your mileage to get a feel mine goes down with the fuel level then at empty with fuel light on 1-1/2 gals left
