Hello snowesters, I have noticed quite a few people looking into importing a sled into canada from the US. I bought mine in montana along with a few other things( trucks, trailers, dirt bike) It's a great idea, you defitnly save on the cost of the machine. however after all the gas, miles on your truck, cost of food, time off work and all other tarvel expenses it starts to cut out a large chunk from you thought you would save. The idea I had was to find maybe 8 people who want snowmobiles from the US, they can tell me what they want i'll find them the one they want, get it, bring it back. One quick trip to keep travel expenses to a minimum and split the cost 8 ways. and also you lose all the hassle of the paper work and driving.
