Seriously...what a day!!!!

:hurt:

Were you guys in the east fork area? I thought I saw a cloud of dust. If you were the snow was epic up there.

AVY DANGER!

I forgot to mention earlier in the thread: For those of you that are heading up today please be careful of the avalanche danger. We stayed well away from the big hills and our caution was well worth it. We were sitting about 1/2 mile away from the large hill by the tower and watched it start to slide on it's own. It started by sending a few roller balls down then we could see shooting cracks head down half of the hill and then the whole hill started to slowly slump off. It was extremely slow and started in the afternoon after the sun came out and started warming the new snow.
Any new snow they got last night would cover this just enough to hide it but the danger is still there.

By far the best snow of the year. It was submarine sleds all day. Definitely one of those, 'almoat too much snow' days. Great ride guys. Nothing broken but Scott's ankle.
