How is the sizing compared to Klim?

Not 100% sure but when I switched to HMK a few years back I went with the same size that I wore in klim.

I'm a big HMK fan as well. I got the peak pants and jacket last year. Every bit as good as my former klim stuff was. Warm, dry, and tough.

The stuff has worked flawlessly!


I did get some small tearing in the fabric on the inside of the lower leg from catching on the cleats on my airframes. And on the first day I hit the pants with my saw and made a small tear on the thigh. But they never leaked and the tears never got any larger...they seemed to stay exactly how they were torn...no running.

Another feature I like is the magnetic flaps on the pockets. How many times do you forget to zip a pocket shut...but with this slick feature I was saved countless times.


The real GEM in the HMK line up for me is the Voyager boot with the BOA lacing system. The size of the boot itself is perfect...the right amount of insulation...a bit of stiffness for support always dry.
