I start by explaining my problem.

When I ran my machine in the bench I ran in to some trouble wit my igition, I need to be able to change the "timing"

What units du you use/suggest?

Yamaha factory racing was running dyno jet, is this what I should go for or?

I would go that route, especially if ignition is all you want to change.
I have an RapidBike 3 and is not impressed, especially with the support from the dealer that sold it to me, so i will never ever suggest to buy one.

Well ignition is not the only thing, I have changed pistons and connecting rods added a thicker gasket and changed the timing of the cam.
This summer I'm changing valve springs, the studs for the top. And maybe porting.
Right now the main thing according to erik at McX was the ignition due to the low compression. (Pistons and gasket)
I'm waiting for my nitrous/methanol system.
Installing that will be this season the rest I will do this summer.
Yes and changing out the stock rubbers between engine and throttle body to my own in alu and polyurethane ones. And the ones between plenum and throttle body to the same.
