IF you were to put a bike Exhaust on a nytro..

Does a aftermarket exhaust give the stock Nytro noticeable power?
I had some clutching and a complete dual exhaust system done on my Teryx UTV and it really woke it up. Wondering if it would be the same.

The guy I bought mine from claimed it added hp, It definatly took some weight off though, and I love the way it sounds, now my wife always knows where im at.

They are loud. I ended up taking the exhaust off my UTV went back to stock but i lost lot's of power, but now i can hear my music..

That' s the 2 brands I was looking at, I'm more for shedding 20 lbs then the gain.
Do I need a special mount or is it easy to fab something up.

Since I'm only gonna have the tip exposed I'm looking for one that was dropped. The carbon one is the reason I made this post:)

Thanks

Been looking at the same thing. Yoshimura makes their RS-3 in a "Zyclone" version that is apparently a fair amount quieter than a standard RS-3 or RS-5. The claim 90-92 dB out of a Honda CBR 600 street bike at the middle RPM range. No idea how that compares to a stock Nytro. Thinking undertunnel at this point too.

Q. How loud are Yoshimura exhausts?

A. Since sound files are hard to hear online, it is best to compare them to other brands. The Yoshimura RS-3 Zyclone systems are one of the quietest systems on the market today that still offer good performance gains with minimal restriction. RS-3 Zyclone systems are 90-92dB while RS-3 Race systems are 95dB. All measurements are taken at the industry standard of 20" away from the turndown tip at a 45-degree angle out from the tip. The motor is revved and held at 4,000 rpm in neutral. A reading is then taken and recorded. Round Zyclone systems are 95dB while round race systems are 101-105db depending on model.

Thanks, I think I know what your saying..... one more stupid question.
If i don't go with an under tunnel dump can you put a turn out on them? I need my gas can no matter what I buy.

No need for a turn out.

No need for a turn out. I have a Yoshimura RS-5 titanium. It sits perfect and blows right over the top of my 2.5 gal Rotopax can. She is a little loud so this summer I plan on moving it under tunnel
