I would give tickets to bikers that ride in the middle of the road. There is a speed limit for a reason DERR!!!!! There is a reason we have shoulders to ride on too DERR!!!!!

Tell me about it.... these Lance Armstrong wanna be bike riders bitch and moan about vehicles not giving them room and telling us "same road, same rules", but then they ride 2 or more side by side hogging an entire lane. Can't tell you how many I have nearly run over because they fail to stop at stop signs. Same road, same rule?.....my azzz.

"Speed Limit" indicates the MAXIMUM speed that you are legally allowed to drive. Only roads I have seen with a minimum speed limit are interstates. So they are doing nothing wrong.
One could make a valid argument that any vehicle traveling under 25 MPH should display a Slow Moving Vehicle placard.
I'm sure there's some loophole for by cycles, but anything to make them more visible would help.
Maybe those gay flags like Iowa makes the snowmobiles have would be a good idea?

Look up the rules bud. If you are going an successive amount below the speed limit it is dangerous. If you were going 70 on I 5 and grandma was going 40 you would come up on her like she was standing still. Think about if she was at the top of a hill and you came up on her. you would have a good chance of smashing into her or crashing into something else.
I have nothing agenst bikers.... All I say is GET THE HELL OFF MY ROAD IF YOUR NOT DOING THE SPEED LIMIT.
Really same rules. Where is your license plate? Show me your proof of insurance. Oh no lights, horn or turn signals either. I cant drive my car on the road without all of that stuff. If you don't have it get the HE!! Over in the bike lane JackA! You are not DRIVING a car get off the dang road!
Not anymore, never used them anyway!
I cant wait for the 15-20,000 bike riders to roll thru town here the 24th. Wanna talk about a cluster!

If you are holding up 8 or more cars in Colorado, that is impeding traffic and is a ticketable offense. Nothing Wrong? Ok, they impede traffic, create dangerous circumstances for themselves and LEGAL drivers on the road (carelessness and a serious lack of respect for cars and trucks), no license, no registration, no insurance. You try driving for a month without those and make sure you draw attention to yourself so as to make it fair. See how lomg it takes Johnny Law to nail your azz!
"Share the road"? F*ck you cyclists. Share the road taxes and fees, get insured, get a license plate and registration and then we can talk.

There is no reason to drive on the sidewalk. We are talking about bike riders hogging the road like they are a semi. If they were on the sidewalk this thread would have never started
... There was a zoo of those biker geeks going to Wenatchee, and about 20 of them stopped at a stop sign and just chilled drank water and probably talked about how bad they had to take a dump and took up the whole road. If i was in that lane I wish I would have a train horn

Can you say HARASSMENT??? Sir I noticed you were swerving have you been drinking tonight? Had this happen,, the wife spilled a water bottle and bang!,, flash light in the eyes and all kinds of questions.. I have friends who ride peddlers and they are embarrassed as to how a lot of these fools ride. It used to be cars had the right of way
now if you peddle or walk you can step in front of a car and it's ok..
Can't wait for the total collapse of this so called leftest nightmare..

I think if your the bigger vehicle you have the right of way. I mean its cool if you ride a bike but if a truck is coming you probably should get the hell out of the way. But now days they think they are awesome and invincible and dont even budge.
And I also hate it when people run across the road right in front of you and you have to almost come to a complete stop and they give you the oh **** I probably should have used the cross walk face...
I was in the safe way parking lot today heading out to the stop sign and this little car was driving right in the middle of the lane. There was no lines but anybody with common sense is going to know what side of the road to be on.
So being me in a bigger vehicle, I did not budge at all. I kid you not we were less than 2 feet away from hitting. So also being me I flipped them the big finger and said WTF and I got the derr im a ree ree face lol

yep. The biggest problem will be on hyway 92. Right now its being used as the I-80 detour for wide loads. Then all the wind turbines being hauled here locally.
Remember a few yrs ago when one rider wrecked on a crack in the county road and died? Family sued the county big! (and won if I remember right)
