idles fine but dies when you touch throttle

hey
i have and rmk 900
i just did a full rebuild and it was running fine , as i was running in the engine it just cut out. it will start and idle fine but as soon as the switch on the throttle comes off it cuts out.

i started it today and it was working ok for about a min then started playing up

im guessing it is something to do with either the tps or the switch on the throttle trigger

any suggestions

push the throttle lever pivot pin toward the center of the handle bars and hold it while you squeeze the throttle lever with the other hand. If it doesn't die then your cable is just too loose.

unplug the kill switch completely and it will eliminate the throttle switches to see if that's the issue. and use the key to shut the sled off.

if that is the issue, i would just cut the small wires that go to the switch off the kill switch harness...they are the smaller wires under the kill switch..i do this to all my sleds and eliminate the safety switches.

run a tether ;)

thanks guys i have tried all the above and no luck. i have also tested the tps and its fine, i have checked the tps is getting power and it is i still want to make sure that its sending a signal back to the ecu because i hear the harness breaks often in them
