IceAge Nitrous kits

I'm not having any problems with my 2013 Husaberg FE501 and I just bolted it on. I didn't change or adjust any thing. I think it's just a few bikes that don't come with a battery are having problems.

For the guys that are having problems what year, make and model is you bike?

And what bikes is it working on? year, make, and model. <!-- / message -->

It appears that the Suzuki's have two different pin positions for the injector clip. I'm hearing that 2014 and older is one way, and 2015 and newer is another way? The positive/negative clips on the "stock dongle" (where your stock injector goes after you plug in the Dobeck one to your throttle body) is backwards on some models. Call up Dobeck Performance or Nick @ IceAge and he can explain how to reverse the pin assignments.

I'm not sure on the exact years, so make sure to check with them first before you start to move anything around.

Not working and in process of being returned. Not dobeck issue. Bike runs great on the fuel controller. When nitrous injected bike dies instantly.

This is an issue with either the battery pack being dead (meaning you need a couple full day rides without pushing the button to fully charge it) or defective or you have hooked into the bike power incorrectly. The reason the bike dies from pushing the button is because the solenoid draws more power than the bike has to give to power systems, so the button push effectively draws power away from the ECU and injectors and it's like hitting the stop engine button.

We did have a case of a couple of the batteries not being fully charged when installed and there was an issue with the bikes stalling when hitting the nitrous due to drawing too much power and shutting down the bikes electrical.

Hooking the battery pack up to a tender and charging it a bit, or just riding the bike without using the nitrous it should charge it back up and you will be ready to go.

Ice age nitrous kit

I purchased the kit off of Ebay and noticed it did not come with the ice age battery pack. I dont know if I can purchase this somewhere or do something different that will work. It's being installed on a 2015 yz 450f

They had issues with there battery and it working in cold weather... You can try any power source if I remember right
