I should have stayed in Hawaii

Since sledding hasn't "really" started yet here's a vid I put together from last month's diving in Hawaii. I should have stayed longer!

Diving with the 12-14' mantas was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. It's near the end of the vid.

I did the night dive out of Kona with Mantas and it was amazing. Th same Manta with one mouth "thingy" was there 2 years ago.

If I didn't have a job, and an endless supply of money, I'd be there until the snow got deep!

We dove with Keller Laros from Jack's Diving Locker. He is considered the subject matter expert when it comes to Mantas. On top of that he was a super fun, funny, knowledgeable dive master.

He said the same Mantas have been there for over twenty years. If you ever see any TV shows on Mantas you'll recognize the same ones!

I highly recommend that trip to anyone who hasn't done it. I'll do it every time I go back.

For anyone heading to the big island this winter, it is worth mentioning that you can snorkle the manta night dive. All the people snorkling were blown away and got the same up close experience.
